It starts with your idea. We will guide you through the details, from the first conversation to pickup.

    We will share the design and a quote based on the ingredients and time your order needs, so you can review the details before we move ahead.

    Before we buy ingredients, we will check in about your order. This is a good time to discuss any changes to the plan.

    We make and finish each order by hand, with care for the flavor, the decoration and the occasion it is part of.

    We will agree on pickup details before your date. Delivery may be arranged, and tiered cakes are delivered and assembled at your venue.

Your quote reflects the ingredients and time your order needs. We will review the design, quantity and price together before moving ahead.

How far ahead should I inquire?

Share your date as soon as you can. Timing depends on the dessert, quantity, design and our availability. If your gathering is coming up soon, you are welcome to ask what is possible.

Is pickup or delivery available?

Pickup is preferred, and delivery may be arranged. Tiered cakes require delivery so we can assemble them at your venue. Include any delivery needs with your request.
